Terms of Service
Last Updated: December 2025
Welcome, and thank you for choosing Marriage and Communication (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules that govern your use of our coaching programs, services, website (lovecompatibilitycoaching.com), and any related materials or digital tools (collectively, the “Services”).
By signing up for or using any part of our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who We Are
We provide relationship and compatibility coaching led by Paul Zohav, M.Ed. Paul has over 15 years of experience helping couples strengthen communication and navigate complex relationship challenges. (lovecompatibilitycoaching.com)
Our Services include live coaching sessions, digital content, assessments, workshops, and any related downloadable materials.
2. Coaching Is Not Therapy
Our coaching focuses on personal growth, communication skills, and relationship insights. It is not psychotherapy, medical advice, legal advice, or a substitute for professional mental health care. If you need professional mental health support, you agree to seek it from a qualified provider.
3. Your Responsibilities
When you use our Services, you agree that:
You will be honest and open in your interactions.
You will follow session schedules and instructions.
Your progress depends on your commitment and participation.
We cannot guarantee specific outcomes; coaching results vary based on individual effort and circumstances.
4. Fees & Payment
All coaching fees must be paid according to the pricing and payment schedule presented at checkout or in your client agreement.
Payment Terms
Payment is due before services begin.
We may use third-party payment processors.
You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.
If a payment is late or declined, we may suspend or terminate access to the Services until the balance is paid in full.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be forfeited at our discretion.
If you miss a session without notice (“no-show”), you may lose that session.
6. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. Everything you share with us during coaching sessions is treated as confidential except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to yourself or others). We will not share your personal information without your consent outside of these legal exceptions.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided through our Services — including worksheets, videos, templates, and written content — are owned by us or our partners. You may use them for your personal growth but may not redistribute, share, sell, or republish them without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the total amount you have paid us for the Services.
9. Termination
Either you or we may terminate these Terms at any time with written notice. If we terminate, we’ll help wind down your access respectfully. Termination does not cancel fees you owe for Services already delivered.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept those changes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Paul Zohav’s business is registered, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
